Job Summary

The Technical University of Munich (TUM) is seeking a dedicated Building Services Engineer to join the Heinz Maier-Leibnitz Research Neutron Source (FRM II) team in Garching. This full-time role focuses on developing concepts and planning improvements for technical building equipment, specifically ventilation, heating, fire protection, air conditioning, and drinking water systems. Responsibilities include generating documentation for regulatory authorities, coordinating and supervising building technology projects, and ensuring adherence to strict quality standards during maintenance and recurring inspections. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Supply Engineering with a focus on Building Services or equivalent, possesses strong knowledge of HVAC and fire protection technology, and has experience in project management and leading interdisciplinary teams.
