Job Summary

This leadership role involves the overall management of electrical engineering projects, focusing on availability, deadlines, and quality within the industrial services sector. The Area Manager will be responsible for steering revenue and results, managing the budget for their domain, and actively engaging in regional market observation, customer inquiries, and proposal/cost calculation creation. Day-to-day activities include coordinating on-site maintenance and repair teams, overseeing project execution through acceptance and documentation, and driving active contract change management. A key component is ensuring compliance with technical and legal standards, upholding safety and quality management guidelines, and continuously optimizing processes. Success requires a Master Craftsman or Technician degree in Electrical Engineering (preferably Energy and Building Technology), combined with significant professional experience in industrial electrical engineering and proven leadership capabilities. Fluency in German and working knowledge of English are required.
