Job Summary

This role is for an Internal Product Manager specializing in SAP HCM, driving the technical evolution and support of internal HR processes, particularly focusing on Self-Services and Processes & Forms. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting and collaborating closely with the HR department, managing external service providers, and leading the planning and implementation of preliminary studies within IT and digitalization projects related to HR systems. The manager will also contribute to annual planning, contract management, and strategic HR system inquiries, ensuring compliance with IT security, data protection, and regulatory requirements by coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders. Key qualifications include a completed degree in Business Informatics or a comparable field, coupled with significant professional experience in the SAP HCM environment and IT project management, preferably utilizing agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
