Job Summary

This role is based within one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers, focusing on driving the digitalization of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. As a Business Service Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and future-proofing of the company's IT architecture, specifically within the Production Architecture Management area of the C/S Banking Platform. Day-to-day duties involve the machine-readable modeling of application architectures within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), collaborating with various architectural disciplines, and managing the completeness and accuracy of Business Services alongside specialist departments. You will also be instrumental in developing the internal service architecture modeling and leading cross-functional projects and working groups. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with at least six years of professional experience in Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) tools and architectural topics, strong German language skills, and a deep understanding of the interplay between organization, IT, and processes.
