Job Summary

This role combines creative design with practical management, focusing on developing and delivering cutting-edge learning solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating interactive digital content, including Blended Learning modules, Web-based Trainings, and video tutorials, utilizing graphic tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. A key aspect is integrating future-oriented technologies such as Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and AI to optimize and personalize learner experiences. Day-to-day tasks include designing customized learning paths, evaluating program effectiveness, and collaborating closely with internal departments to assess training needs. Furthermore, the manager organizes and oversees workshops, including follow-ups, and supports the maintenance and development of LMS/LXP platforms. The position requires a background in Graphic Design or Media Didactics, strong didactic knowledge, and fluency in both German and English, offering the chance to drive innovation in corporate learning across international locations, particularly in Croatia.
