Key responsibilities include creating interactive formats like Blended Learning, Web-based Training, and video tutorials, utilizing graphic tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. A core aspect is integrating future-oriented technologies like Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and AI to personalize learning paths and materials. The successful candidate will also manage the organization and execution of workshops, conduct success monitoring of learning programs, and collaborate closely with specialized departments to determine specific learning needs. Qualifications require a degree or training in graphic design, media informatics, or media didactics, coupled with strong didactic and media-pedagogical knowledge, and fluency in both German and English.
