Job Summary

This role seeks a highly motivated Construction Manager, often stemming from a Civil or Electrical Engineering background, to act as the driving force behind cable laying operations within rail infrastructure across Germany. Daily responsibilities include the professional planning, steering, and monitoring of the installation, maintenance, and repair of high and low voltage cables. The manager ensures seamless coordination of contractual obligations, manages cable logistics, guides installation teams, and strictly enforces all relevant safety and quality standards (DIN, VDE, Deutsche Bahn). Candidates must possess a qualification such as an Electrical Master or Civil/Electrical Engineer degree, coupled with relevant experience in cable pulling or cable management, preferably within the rail technology sector. This position offers attractive compensation, 30 days of vacation, and significant professional development opportunities through the internal academy, though it requires extensive nationwide travel (approx. 80% site deployment), including night and weekend shifts.
