SMT Technologist | Technologe SMD (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role requires an experienced SMT Technologist to manage and optimize electronics manufacturing processes in Kölleda. You will be responsible for defining and validating process parameters for advanced soldering techniques, including Reflow, Selective, and Wave Soldering. Key daily tasks involve programming and operating automated placement machines (such as Fuji and Mimot), managing solder pastes and stencils, and overseeing PCB panel processing, cleaning, and lacquering. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Communications Engineering, coupled with practical experience in production systems, quality management (ISO 9001, IPC), and continuous improvement methods (Lean, KVP). The position also includes training machine operators, participating in audits, and performing minor maintenance, requiring strong technical affinity and very good proficiency in German.
