Job Summary

This is an opportunity for a Production Team Leader to join an internationally leading medical device manufacturer specializing in diagnostic test systems. The role, offered via direct placement, focuses on managing and leading the production team while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include comprehensive resource planning (personnel and equipment) based on production schedules, maintaining GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliant conditions for facilities and equipment, and overseeing meticulous documentation of all processes. The Team Leader acts as the primary technical contact for maintenance, qualification, and validation activities. Furthermore, the role involves managing quality processes such as Batch Record Review, Change Controls, CAPA, and Non-Conformities, and supporting the transfer and validation of new products from development. Candidates must hold a degree in engineering or natural sciences and possess extensive professional experience within the diagnostics or pharmaceutical sector, coupled with strong technical understanding and proficiency in ERP systems like SAP.
