Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT support and administration for the West Palatinate Police Headquarters in Kaiserslautern. The specialist will be responsible for day-to-day user support, including troubleshooting hardware and application issues, providing technical advice on optimizing workflows, and conducting user training and documentation.
