Job Summary

This versatile position is ideal for an experienced IT professional who thrives in an on-site support environment in Frankfurt am Main. The core responsibilities involve providing comprehensive IT support for Windows end devices, both remotely and on-site, and acting as the first point of contact for technical issues. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and resolving IT disruptions, setting up, modifying, and dismantling IT workstations, and documenting all work processes meticulously using a ticketing system. The technician will also be responsible for instructing users on the proper use of new software and hardware. Key qualifications include a background in IT, strong expertise in Windows operating systems and Office applications, and proven experience in both remote and on-site support, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, initially via temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover.
