Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite Support Technician responsible for providing direct IT support to users, ensuring smooth operation of IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include efficient processing and documentation of support tickets, maintaining the knowledge base, and acting as the single point of contact for IT inquiries. The technician will also handle standard service requests, manage IT hardware inventory, set up and connect IT devices, install and configure client systems, troubleshoot hardware issues, and provide user training. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration, strong knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office, basic networking skills, and experience with ticket management and hardware repair.
