  • Experience with Outlook and other MS Office products
  • Proficient in handling Windows operating systems (installation, error analysis, maintenance)
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory (AD)
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ITSM, ServiceNow)
  • Experience with PXE deployment for end devices
  • Experience processing Incidents (INC) and Requests (REQ)
