Job Summary

This role involves taking the lead in initiating, planning, and executing essential development, civil engineering, and special construction projects within the public sector. The specialist will be responsible for creating comprehensive investment and budget plans, managing the entire tender process for construction and planning services, and overseeing external engineering firms by reviewing their plans, cost calculations, and technical reports. A critical component of the job is acting as the client representative (Bauherrenvertretung), which includes preparing decision-making documents and presenting complex construction projects to governing committees and subcommittees. Candidates must possess a degree in Civil Engineering or a certified Construction Technician qualification with extensive experience in underground construction, coupled with a Class B driver's license.
