Job Summary
This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for complex IT incidents, providing essential 2nd Level support for both hardware and software issues. The specialist will analyze faults, provide technical consultation to users both remotely and on-site, and ensure seamless communication by collaborating closely with 1st Level support and escalating critical issues to 3rd Level when necessary. A key part of the job includes maintaining accurate documentation of support cases and contributing to the knowledge database. Furthermore, the role offers exposure to broader IT infrastructure through participation in system rollouts and optimization projects. Candidates should possess formal IT training or equivalent professional experience, coupled with strong technical knowledge in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, networking, and general IT hardware. Fluency in German is a mandatory requirement for effective user communication.
