Job Summary

This position calls for a dedicated IT Systems Administrator responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the core Windows Server environment, including critical services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs). Day-to-day tasks involve ensuring high system availability, executing thorough error analysis and resolution, and providing essential 2nd-level support for Windows clients. A key focus is maintaining robust IT security by implementing and managing backup and recovery concepts. The successful candidate will also actively participate in IT projects aimed at the continuous development of the system landscape. Applicants must possess a completed IT qualification, deep knowledge of Windows Server and client administration, and practical experience with virtualization technologies like Hyper-V or VMware. Success in this role requires a highly structured, independent work ethic, strong problem-solving skills, and fluent German language proficiency.
