Job Summary

This role as an IT Support Technician focuses on providing essential 2nd Level support for both Windows clients and iOS mobile devices. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing installations, handling various support tickets (Break & Fix, IMAC, H+E), and managing network and telecommunication inquiries. You will primarily provide direct, on-site customer care, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist, coupled with strong professional experience managing Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Apple iOS environments. Knowledge of standard software like MS Office and Adobe is crucial.
