This role as an IT Support Technician (On-Site) in Munich-Sendling is crucial for maintaining the operational readiness of hardware and software applications for the client's staff. Day-to-day duties involve providing comprehensive 1st Level Support, addressing and resolving hardware and software disruptions, and analyzing errors received via phone, email, remote access, or direct on-site intervention. A core responsibility is the management and administration of user accounts, permissions, and mobile devices (tablets and phones) utilizing Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for application deployment. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in the IT field, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician, coupled with practical experience in user support and handling ticketing systems (TopDesk is mentioned). This full-time position offers a secure, long-term perspective, initially structured as temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover, within a supportive and well-coordinated team environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Consultant, IT System Electronics Technician, Service Technician IT, Information Electronics Technician, or IT System Salesman)

Experience
