Day-to-day tasks include managing user support at the service point, repairing desktops, notebooks, and tablets, and detailed documentation of work processes. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of Windows Client operating systems (Windows 10 and 11), experience with MS Office applications, mobile devices, and client peripherals.
