This versatile position in Darmstadt seeks a Rollout Coordinator responsible for the successful deployment of IT projects. Day-to-day tasks involve the weekly planning and coordination of Fieldservice Technicians and their assignments, meticulous documentation of the rollout process using the Jira system, and providing essential technical support to customers over the phone. The coordinator will also instruct customers on the installation of network components and manage appointment scheduling.
