Job Summary

This role as a NOC Telecommunications Specialist involves the critical day-to-day operation and monitoring of a city carrier's fiber optic network. Key responsibilities include rigorous network and system surveillance, proactive detection of anomalies and alarms, and comprehensive fault management for active network components and the TV headend. The specialist ensures adherence to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manages bandwidth capacity. Furthermore, the role supports the development and maintenance of innovative IP products, including VoIP, IPTV, and MPLS services. Candidates must possess vocational training in IT or Telecommunications, ideally with professional experience, and fundamental knowledge of network protocols like TCP/IPv4/IPv6. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a willingness to participate in on-call duty are essential.
