Job Summary
This role requires a dedicated professional to deliver exclusive, high-level First and Second Level IT support tailored specifically for VIP users and management staff in Munich. Day-to-day responsibilities include the personal setup, installation, and maintenance of workstations, laptops, and mobile devices (iOS/Android), alongside proactive troubleshooting of hardware, software (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365), networking, and VPN issues. The specialist will ensure high service quality, meticulously document incidents in the IT ticketing system, and assist with corporate IT projects and rollouts. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification in IT systems or support, possesses several years of relevant experience, and demonstrates strong proficiency in German and good English skills. Experience
