Job Summary

This Senior IT Service Technician role, located in Munich, involves providing essential 1st and 2nd Level Onsite Support for the IT infrastructure of a prestigious, internationally successful law firm. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive end-user support, user training, and managing IT services for a wide array of client devices and peripherals, such as PCs, notebooks, tablets, printers, projectors, and both iOS and Android devices. The technician will also be responsible for the setup, dismantling, installation, and support of video conferencing systems and associated software solutions like Teams and Zoom. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist, IT System Electronics Technician) and very strong knowledge of hardware, current Microsoft operating systems (primarily Windows 10), MS Office applications, and experience with ticketing systems and basic networking.
