Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Service Technician to join a dedicated team in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, supporting an IT services company specializing in Managed Services for industrial clients. Day-to-day responsibilities involve active participation in various IT support projects, meticulous technical documentation within a ticketing system, and delivering crucial on-site support for a variety of hardware, including Windows clients, iOS devices, network infrastructure, and telecommunications equipment. You will also serve as a key contact point, handling inquiries within the 2nd Level Support structure. To succeed, you must possess a successfully completed IT vocational qualification or equivalent professional experience, combined with solid knowledge of Windows 10 and standard MS Office applications. Intermediate English proficiency (B1 level) and a Class B driver's license are mandatory prerequisites.
