Job Summary

This role in Frankfurt am Main is ideal for an experienced IT professional ready to take on leadership responsibilities. As the Onsite IT Technician and Team Lead, you will be responsible for motivating your team, implementing new IT workplaces, and providing comprehensive technical support. Day-to-day tasks include resolving IT incidents both remotely and on-site, managing user requests via a ticketing system, and configuring client devices and installing software. A key aspect of the role involves training end-users on hardware and software utilization and managing Windows endpoints, networks, and printer environments. The successful candidate must possess solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, experience with both remote and onsite support, and proficiency with ticketing systems and Mac systems.
