Job Summary

This role involves executing critical Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) campaigns, specifically focusing on thermal vacuum (TVAC) and calibration and characterization (C&C) tests, often requiring shift work over several months. The engineer will be responsible for maintaining and improving detailed test procedures, critically assessing test results, and performing root cause analysis to troubleshoot events efficiently under time pressure, ensuring the integrity of flight hardware. A key responsibility is collaborating with project teams to define optimal test strategies concerning quality, time, and cost, while participating in non-conformance investigations according to established company quality standards. Candidates must hold a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, or Embedded Systems, coupled with over two years of professional experience in engineering and the aerospace sector.
