Job Summary

This critical role as Shift Leader - Pharmaceutical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, organizing, and documenting the qualification of testing personnel within a leading chemical/pharmaceutical environment. Day-to-day tasks involve optimizing internal workflows, developing error patterns and test sets, and actively managing related projects. A core function is ensuring strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines, while exercising technical authority over team members. The ideal candidate must possess completed professional training in Pharmacy, preferably supplemented by a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification, and demonstrate extensive professional experience in the field. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to draft official reports and process descriptions proficiently in both German and English. The position demands flexibility and the willingness to participate in continuous shift operations.
