Job Summary

This role involves supporting IT systems, specifically focusing on maintenance and asset management within SAP. The Key User will be responsible for creating and maintaining documents and data within IT systems, generating reports, and managing ongoing processes. A core duty is handling incoming inquiries and calls, assessing defects within the maintenance cockpit, and planning necessary measures. A significant part of the job involves initiating repair orders via SAP, particularly utilizing the Plant Maintenance (PM) module, and coordinating closely with external partner companies. Ideal candidates possess a completed commercial or technical vocational qualification, strong communication skills, and professional experience in technical or commercial administration. Expertise in SAP, especially the PM module, is highly desirable, offering a high chance of permanent employment and long-term development within a well-known corporation.
