Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Service Technician specializing in Onsite Support in Geretsried, working for a market-leading company focused on IT solutions and service management. Key daily tasks include managing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and Break/Fix (B/F) operations, particularly concerning hardware and spare parts (H+E), and executing individual project orders within the network environment. Candidates must possess formal IT training, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician, coupled with fundamental knowledge of current Windows operating systems, networking, iOS, and Microsoft Office products.
