Job Summary

This role involves joining a team of specialists dedicated to maintaining highly complex client environments, specifically at Frankfurt Airport. The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level support for IT systems, both remotely and on-site, ensuring the smooth operation of critical infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include handling service requests and incidents using specialized tools, troubleshooting hardware and software issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and managing user rights, policies, and software usage (e.g., Active Directory, patch management, antivirus). The ideal candidate must have a completed vocational training in IT, practical experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Client applications like Windows 10 and MS Office/Office 365, and proficiency in German and English. Required Skills

Education
