Job Summary

This role involves the independent development and optimization of new and existing mineral products and systems, focusing on technical, economic, and ecological criteria. The specialist will conduct extensive research for new or alternative raw materials, including literature reviews and collaboration with suppliers, followed by thorough testing and qualification. Key daily tasks include the application and improvement of relevant test methodologies, planning and executing experiments, and meticulous documentation. Furthermore, the specialist supports the creation of technical specifications and release reports, aids in national and international market introductions, and is responsible for introducing developed products into production facilities both domestically and abroad. Candidates must possess professional experience in mineral product development and a relevant technical background, such as a degree in Materials Science or a qualification as a state-certified Technician in a related field.
