Job Summary

This role involves leading Health and Safety (OHS) activities for Service Operations across Europe and Africa, encompassing approximately 1,000 colleagues in over 70 countries. The Senior OHS Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Health and Safety Strategy, integrating Human & Operational Performance (HOP) principles, and ensuring compliance with legal OSH requirements. Key responsibilities include functional coordination of internal and external OHS experts, establishing consistent reporting processes, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level experience in OHS management within large organizations, particularly in heavy or chemical industries, combined with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to engage effectively across all levels.
