This role seeks an Application Developer to join the Stuttgart Civil Engineering Office (Tiefbauamt), focusing on advancing the city's technical infrastructure through innovative digital technologies. The core responsibilities involve collaborating with specialized departments to conduct requirement analyses and consultations, particularly concerning Low-Code and other development platforms. Day-to-day tasks include managing the full application lifecycle: conceptualizing, developing, testing, and deploying new solutions, as well as maintaining existing applications and digitizing critical workflows. Furthermore, the developer will be responsible for building knowledge databases and providing user support, including organizing workshops and training sessions. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and proven professional experience in software solution implementation, specifically involving Low-Code platforms and requirements management.
