Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive system administration for HCL Domino servers within the City of Stuttgart's Department for Digitization, Organization, and IT. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, conceptualizing, building, and operating the central HCL Domino server infrastructure, managing approximately 50 servers and 18,000 user accounts. Key responsibilities also include creating and maintaining ITSM service descriptions according to ITIL, implementing IT security guidelines based on BSI IT Baseline Protection, and providing 2nd-level support for HCL Notes clients.
