Job Summary

This role at TÜV SÜD focuses on maintaining and improving electrical safety and preventing fire hazards within electrical installations. The Electrical Engineer will independently test safety-related systems, including electrical installations, emergency power supplies, safety lighting, fire alarm, and alerting systems, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations and building codes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting mandatory pre-commissioning and recurring inspections on fixed operating equipment, creating comprehensive inspection reports, documenting any deviations found, and ensuring the timely resolution of defects. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and preferably has professional experience in the planning, construction, maintenance, or testing of technical systems.
