Job Summary

This critical role at TÜV SÜD involves acting as an expert assessor, ensuring that complex electrical systems within industrial, commercial, and special buildings adhere to the highest safety standards and construction law requirements. Day-to-day tasks include the comprehensive testing and assessment of electrical installations, safety power supplies, and fire/hazard detection systems according to regulations like DIN VDE and state building codes (MLAR). You will be responsible for creating detailed inspection reports, documenting deviations, and tracking timely defect remediation. Furthermore, you will provide technical guidance and customer support regarding safety-relevant and normative issues, conducting on-site inspections with disposition close to your place of residence. The position requires a completed degree in Electrical Engineering, fundamental knowledge of construction law, excellent communication skills, and a Class B driver's license with willingness to travel.
