Job Summary

This role is ideal for an engaged IT specialist who wants to shape the energy transition by developing dynamic, scalable, and cost-effective solution architectures for a major German distribution grid operator. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Enterprise and Cloud Architects to design and evolve the system landscape. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing business requirements from application managers and business owners, translating these into robust architectures, and guiding the modernization and migration of cloud-based applications. Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to security, scalability, and reliability best practices, setting implementation standards, and supporting the transition of applications into IT operations. The position requires a university degree in Computer Science or a related field, strong practical experience with solution architectures, and fluency in both German and English, offering significant creative freedom and a modern, agile work environment.
