Job Summary

This role requires a proactive and technically proficient leader to manage the electricity and gas distribution network operations team in Syke. The Team Leader holds full responsibility for the technical and disciplinary guidance of assigned staff, including setting goals, coordinating activities, and ensuring high quality and cost control for network products and external services. Daily tasks involve operational sales for minor measures, comprehensive complaint management, maintaining strong relationships with municipalities and clients, and actively acquiring new contracts. A crucial part of the job is supporting the integration of Smart Grid technologies and implementing the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture. This position offers diverse development opportunities within the global E.ON Group, combined with the focus of a regional energy provider, and requires a background in Electrical Engineering or certified technical qualification, alongside practical network operations experience.
