Join Siemens Healthineers as a Medical Physics Expert (MPE) to deliver high-level radiation protection and intelligent dose analysis services to clients across Germany. This role involves managing MPE on-demand customer relationships, ensuring compliance with radiation protection legislation, and utilizing advanced dose management systems, specifically teamplay Dose, as a primary tool. You will be responsible for capturing and aggregating customer dose data, providing data-driven insights, and acting as the main contact for process and system optimization inquiries. A key part of the job is instructing customer personnel on physical learning content and collaborating closely with regional sales, service, application, and system development teams. This position offers significant flexibility, allowing for up to 60% mobile work within Germany and up to 30 days of mobile work abroad annually, requiring a high degree of service orientation and self-organization.
