Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain the local IT infrastructure for a company in the construction sector located in Stuttgart. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing essential 1st Level Support via telephone and a ticketing system, diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to both hardware and software, and provisioning new IT equipment and workstations. A key part of the job is managing user accounts and ensuring smooth operations of current Windows operating systems, network technologies, and PC hardware. Candidates should possess completed IT training, preferably as an IT Specialist for System Integration, and ideally have experience with Microsoft 365. This position is full-time, initially through temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover, offering flexible work models and significant opportunities for personal and professional growth.
