Job Summary

This role seeks an Onsite IT Technician, a 'Technology Rescuer,' responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware failures and installing software directly at customer locations in the Frankfurt and Offenbach am Main areas. Day-to-day tasks include setting up, dismantling, and relocating IT workstations, analyzing and troubleshooting IT issues onsite, providing user instruction on new hardware and software, and meticulously documenting all processes within a ticketing system. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT apprenticeship, detailed knowledge of current MS Windows and Office environments, and experience with Onsite Support and ticketing systems.
