Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Field Service Technician providing essential on-site support for client systems and applications for a leading technology service provider specializing in Device as a Service (DaaS) for major industrial companies across Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the stable operation of client systems, providing 2nd Level Support, assisting users with iOS devices, network environments, and telecommunications components, and diligently documenting all activities and customer inquiries within the system. The ideal candidate holds a relevant IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent practical experience), possesses initial experience in user support, and is proficient in Windows 10 and Office 365.
