Job Summary

This role is for an enthusiastic Network Technician based in Munich or Nuremberg, focusing on the operation and configuration of Cisco routing and switching systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing incoming fault reports, managing network monitoring and documentation via a ticketing system, and actively participating in various network projects. The technician will also be responsible for configuring and operating access technology utilizing copper and fiber optics. The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), possess practical experience in a network environment, particularly with Cisco and TCP/IP, and ideally hold a CCNA certification.
