This role involves working as a 2nd Level Application Support Specialist for an IT service provider specializing in Managed Services for industrial companies, specifically supporting an automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturer. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing, classifying, and documenting incoming incidents and service requests, ensuring they are correctly qualified and forwarded to the appropriate unit.
