Job Summary

This full-time IT Service Technician role, based in Munich, is a key position within an established IT service provider specializing in Managed Services for industrial clients. The daily responsibilities are highly practical and hands-on, focusing on the deployment and maintenance of client hardware. Key tasks include the installation, assembly, and reconfiguration of PCs and laptops, connecting monitors, managing LAN cabling, installing associated accessories, and setting up printers, including their LAN connectivity. Technicians are also responsible for the exchange of ThinClients. Candidates must possess solid hardware knowledge covering PCs, laptops, peripherals, and printers, along with a general understanding of LAN networking principles. A Class B driver's license is mandatory, and strong communication requires good German skills.
