Job Summary

This position is for an IT Service Technician based in Hamburg, working for a sustainably growing IT consulting company specializing in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing comprehensive support to end-users regarding operating systems, hardware, local applications, client periphery, and mobile devices. You will manage the entire lifecycle of IT workstations, including the setup, replacement, and dismantling of hardware components. A core part of the job is processing incoming requests and fault reports via a ticketing system, maintaining accurate IT Asset Management records, and conducting end-user training. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification in IT System Integration or a related technical field and possesses initial professional experience in Windows Workstation administration and using ticketing systems.
