This role involves ensuring the stable and secure operation of the non-procedural Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure for the Berlin district administration in Lichtenberg, serving 310,000 residents and over 2,300 colleagues. Day-to-day responsibilities include the system administration of physical and virtual servers, network technology, telecommunications systems, and data storage. The specialist will handle hardware and software system integration, implement data security measures, and provide essential Service Desk support for all stationary and mobile IT endpoints, including peripherals like printers and monitors. A critical component of the job is supporting the implementation of central and district-level digitalization and E-Government mandates, such as the introduction of the digital file. Candidates must possess comprehensive professional experience in infrastructure support, Service Desk operations, and specific knowledge of E-Government legislation (OZG, EGovG Bln). Required Skills

Education
