Job Summary

This role involves serving as an Electrical Engineer within the Facility Management Service Unit of the Lichtenberg District Office in Berlin, focusing on new construction and conversion projects for public special buildings such as schools, sports halls, and administrative facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include the planning, construction management, project steering, and project leadership specifically for electrical engineering systems. You will be responsible for coordinating technical details with building users, stakeholders, experts, and various construction trades (structural engineering, supply systems, landscaping). A critical function involves preparing, reviewing, and evaluating planning and tender documents, including managing electronic procurement procedures for construction services. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and possess multi-year experience as an Electrical Site Manager.
