Job Summary

This IT Help Desk Specialist role focuses on providing essential first-level support, managing user inquiries, and ensuring proper escalation to 2nd level teams. Key daily responsibilities include the configuration and provisioning of end devices, maintaining and monitoring centralized patch management systems, and optimizing printer management infrastructure. The specialist will actively contribute to IT Service Management expansion projects and maintain comprehensive documentation for all supported systems and processes. Candidates must have successfully completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist) and demonstrate routine, professional experience handling common Microsoft Server-Client products. Crucial requirements include experience utilizing central administration interfaces and managing automated IT processes, ideally within a mid-sized IT environment.
