Job Summary

This role requires an experienced professional to manage and optimize complex automation and intralogistics systems within a global context. Day-to-day responsibilities include the verification, evaluation, and optimization of plant designs, coupled with in-depth contract and requirement analysis for implementation and acceptance processes. A core function involves the strategic development, introduction, and management of testing procedures, alongside identifying needs and creating specialized tools for testing and system availability. The manager will also identify synergies, develop corporate-wide 3rd-Party standards, and provide necessary training. Furthermore, the position supports leadership tasks such as personnel planning and deployment scheduling, and requires active participation in test and commissioning integration on construction sites. Candidates must possess a technical degree (Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science), several years of experience in large international intralogistics projects, and deep knowledge of industry testing protocols. Excellent German and English skills are mandatory, along with a readiness for approximately 30% worldwide travel.

Required Skills

Education

Technical degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable fields. Qualifications such as IPMA, PMI, ISTQB, or QA are beneficial.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the successful management of large international intralogistics projects
